The contact form requires your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. The information you provide is used to handle your enquiry and related correspondence.
Keep your message to a short description of the property and work required. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment or account details, identity documents, medical records, confidential client files or full financial statements.
How an enquiry is processed
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and proxies the form request. Google Cloud hosts the form service. SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email to the existing private recipient, and Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling. Google Workspace handles email correspondence.
These services support the receipt, recording and handling of your message. The form does not automatically send your enquiry to a third-party contractor.
Website delivery and technical processing
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) describes processing associated with customer websites, which may include IP addresses, traffic routing information, system configuration information and other traffic data.
No analytics scripts have been added to this website’s template code, and no advertising or marketing-cookie scripts have been added. The account configuration checked for this domain did not show an enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics configuration. Hosting and security services may still process technical information to deliver and protect the website.
Rights relating to your information
